Warranty
The warranty processing process at our PhoneMart store is as follows:
Verification of warranty terms and conditions:The customer who has applied for a warranty case shall present the product, a cash receipt or other document confirming the purchase in our store, as well as the warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer).
Assessment of the condition of the goods:An employee of the store conducts a visual inspection of the goods and assesses their condition. If the malfunction is not caused by improper use or external damage, the product is subject to warranty service.
Application Registration:Employee completes an application for warranty repair or exchange of goods in accordance with the warranty policy.
Application Processing:The request is forwarded to the responsible employee who contacts the manufacturer or authorized service center to arrange for repair or replacement of the product.
client notification:The customer is provided with information about the terms and conditions of repair or replacement of the goods. If additional actions are required on the part of the customer (e.g. provision of additional information), the customer shall also be informed thereof.
Repair or replacement of goods:After receiving a decision from the manufacturer or service center, the item is either repaired or replaced with a similar new item.
Issuance of goods to the customer:After the repair or replacement of the goods is completed, the customer is informed that the goods are ready for delivery. The customer can pick up the goods in the store or choose delivery at their discretion.
Completion of the process:Upon receipt of the goods by the customer, the warranty process is finalized. The customer is provided with additional information about new warranty periods (if any) and thanked for contacting our store.
